Owner-Operator and Company (AZ Driver) – Highway / Cross-Border

Capital Southern Transportation is currently looking for experienced AZ Owner-Operators to join our growing team. If you’re a professional driver who takes pride in safety, reliability, and customer service—we want to work with you.

What We Offer

Pay Structure

- Pay by the mile
- Weekly, reliable settlements

What You Bring

- Valid AZ License
- Minimum 3+ years highway driving experience
- Clean CVOR & abstract, CRC
- Ability to cross the border (FAST card an asset)
- Strong knowledge of HOS (Canada & U.S.)
- Professional attitude and communication
- Well-maintained tractor - Must pass pre-qualification inspection
