Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (4 x 10-hour shifts)

Night shift is best suited for experienced machinists who are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Set up and operate CNC LATHE machines on custom, one-off parts
✔ Work from detailed blueprints and GD&T; callouts
✔ Inspect and verify your own work
✔ Move between machines and jobs based on your skillset




✔ Collaborate with programmers and senior machinists when needed

You’ll also have exposure to manual mills and lathes, adding variety to your work.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 3+ years in a custom/job shop environment (non-production)
✔ Strong CNC setup and machining ability
✔ Confident reading blueprints and working with tight tolerances
✔ Able to work independently and make decisions at the machine
✔ Comfortable inspecting your own parts

Bonus:

✔ Mastercam experience
✔ Ability to edit G-code at the machine

Compensation

CA$26.00 – CA$42.00/hour
Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and ability to perform the role independently.
