Payoll Manager | Construction

The ideal candidates for this role will have robust payroll compliance knowledge for ON including leading year end payroll audits and T4s.

Reporting to the Director of Payroll and Benefits this candidate will be responsible for:

- 5 direct reports
- 2,000 hourly and salaried employees in a multi-cycle payroll environment
- multi-union experience knowledge of working with multi collective bargaining agreements
- systems experience with ADP WFN, Dayforce considered an asset
- previous experience managing mergers and acquistions
- year end compliance expertise leading T4s, T2200s
- implementation experience an asset
- PCP or PLP certification considered a plus

Package

- $100,000-120,000
- Bonus
