Truck Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Mechanic to repair and maintain trucks and related equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced with general truck repairs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and driveline systems
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections
- Assist with mechanical repairs and component replacements as needed
- Safely operate shop tools and equipment
- Complete basic service reports and work orders
- Follow all shop procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license (asset, but not required)
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and shop equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Trade certification or enrollment in an apprenticeship (asset, but not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
