Duties

- Greet guests and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including verifying reservations and handling guest inquiries
- Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff members
- Provide information about programs, activities, or services offered, utilizing public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently
- Handle cash transactions accurately for admissions, food sales, or merchandise purchases
- Assist with food service operations when needed, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards




- Support guest services by addressing concerns or questions professionally and courteously

Requirements

- Prior experience working with children is highly desirable to connect effectively with young visitors and their families
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with guests and lead small groups or activities when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in guest services or hospitality environments is preferred to ensure seamless interactions
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a rapid-paced setting
- Food service experience is a plus for supporting snack bars or meal areas
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for hospitality, teamwork, and creating positive guest experiences
