We're currently looking for a Pasteurizer (HTST) Operator to join our Production team in Hagersville.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the secure and efficient operation of pasteurization and processing equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor pasteurizers, silos, tanks, and other related processing equipment.
- Perform equipment setup, cleaning, sanitation, and CIP/COP procedures.
- Operate automated equipment through control panels.
- Complete production, sanitation, and quality records accurately.
- Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot operational issues, as required.
- Blend products according to established formulations and production requirements.
- Support quality, food safety, HACCP, and SQF programs, including CCP monitoring and documentation.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum high school diploma and/or relevant dairy experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a regulated dairy or food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards,



sanitation procedures, CIP systems, and HACCP principles.
- HTST Pasteurizer Operator Certification is considered an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.
