The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring new business through innovative sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive New Business: Execute innovative sales and marketing outreach to acquire high-net-worth clients and corporate lease accounts.
- Lead Management: Connect with prospective clients via inbound showroom traffic, digital inquiries, and phone leads.
- Consultative Portfolio Management: Guide clients through customized luxury and exotic vehicle leasing structures, detailing custom terms and tax advantages.
- Inventory Mastery: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of premium, sport, and exotic automotive brands, vehicle specs, and market valuations.
- Relationship Management:



Manage the full lifecycle of the client account from original consultation through lease-end return or vehicle upgrades.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of automotive sales and leasing experience, with proven success in the luxury, sports, or exotic segments.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) license in positive standing.
- Driving Record: Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract.
- Skills: Elite communication and presentation skills tailored to high-net-worth individuals.
- Attributes: High organizational ability and self-motivated work ethic.
