Shine Cleaning is hiring cleaners available to start immediately. We are a rapid-growing, premium residential cleaning company based in Ottawa, with expansion into new cities. Our customers love our service, and we focus on delivering consistent, high-quality cleanings with a strong emphasis on professionalism and reliability. We mainly clean homes and apartments, with a mix of recurring and one-time services.

Two Flexible Work Arrangements Available

Short-Term – under 6 months:
Mostly one-off services, including deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleanings
Flexible schedule – work when you want
Outstanding for those looking for temporary or supplemental income

Long-Term – 6 months or more:
Regular recurring services and predictable schedule

What we offer:

Ideally, you need to have:

- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, hotel, etc.)
- Valid work authorization in Canada
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Smartphone with data access
- Able to pass a police background check
- Basic cleaning supplies (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
