Overview

Canada Cartage System LP is seeking a licensed Transport Truck Mechanic (310T) / Red Seal certified technician to join our team in Bolton, Ontario.

This role requires a fully qualified journeyman capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial transport trucks in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome applications from newly licensed journeyman technicians who meet the certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial transport trucks and related systems
- Diagnose diesel engine and electrical system faults using diagnostic equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance services
- Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer specifications
- Review work orders and document work performed
- Estimate parts and labour required for repairs
- Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards

Mandatory Requirements

- 310T Truck and Transport Mechanic License (Ontario) OR
- Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement
- Robust diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment





Assets (Preferred Qualifications)

- Valid Class AZ Driver’s License
- Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- Experience with commercial fleet maintenance
- 2 years of experience

Education

- Registered Apprenticeship certificate
