The Canadian Society for the Defense of Christian Civilization – Canada Needs Our Lady is a national Catholic non-profit organization dedicated to promoting devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and defending the principles and values of Christian civilization throughout Canada.

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Donor Care & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a meaningful mission.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional donor care and customer service by phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Respond professionally and promptly to incoming phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Contact donors regarding donations, acknowledgements, condolences, prayer intentions, and other donor care initiatives.
- Process daily donations and financial transactions while maintaining accurate donor records and database information.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling our seasonal Fatima Home Visit program.
- Help organize the annual Canada Needs Our Lady Rosary Rallies by recruiting volunteer Rally Captains and assisting with event coordination.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for various office projects and day-to-day operations.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent.
- Customer service experience (3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.




- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate when interacting with donors.
- Knowledge of social media platforms is an asset.

Responsabilités

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels.
- Offrir un excellent service aux donateurs.
- Traiter les dons et mettre à jour la base de données.
- Effectuer les suivis auprès des donateurs.
- Participer à l'organisation des Visites de Notre-Dame de Fatima et des Rallyes du Rosaire partout au Canada.
- Offrir un soutien administratif à l'équipe.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

Qualifications

- Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
- Expérience en service à la clientèle.
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Word et Excel.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation.
- Bonnes aptitudes en communication.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
- La connaissance des médias sociaux est un atout.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
