Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with courteous phone etiquette
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software
- Conduct nightly audits of daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
- Support guest services by answering questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized,



clean, and welcoming throughout your shift

Requirements

- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a passion for delivering excellent guest service is essential
- Strong phone etiquette skills and experience operating multi-line phone systems are necessary for qualified communication
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and front desk procedures is a plus
- A positive team player who thrives in a lively setting and demonstrates excellent communication skills

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
