Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently executing meal preparation tasks
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment for everyone
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; a solid willingness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with serving standards and meal presentation is a plus
