Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss their wellness goals to develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and clinic standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle changes to enhance results.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress,



and any relevant health information securely and confidentially.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care.

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist from an accredited regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and actively listen to client concerns.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach that fosters trust and rapport.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
