Duties
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand packaging requirements for various products and client specifications
- Prepare and package products securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of packaging materials, restocking supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics and account management teams to schedule pickups and deliveries, optimizing delivery timelines
- Utilize analysis skills to identify opportunities for process improvements in packaging workflows
- Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track orders, update packaging status, and communicate with clients effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to packaging options and delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments with a focus on packaging or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations and secure favorable terms
- Business development experience to identify new opportunities within existing accounts or new markets
- Excellent account management abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that enhance product presentation and brand visibility
- Knowledge of technology sales processes and the ability to explain technical packaging solutions clearly
- Analytical skills for assessing packaging needs, costs, and efficiency improvements
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and order tracking
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable
