We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Advisor who is passionate about helping customers and has experience in the automotive industry.

Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right tires, automotive services, batteries, and parts while providing excellent customer service and helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle and service needs.
- Recommend suitable tires, wheels, batteries, and automotive services.
- Prepare estimates and quotations for products and services.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
- Process invoices, payments, and sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates and completed services.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of tires, automotive parts, and repair services.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer records and work orders.
- Help keep the showroom organized and professional.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, tire shops, automotive repair shops, or auto parts stores.
- Robust knowledge of tires, wheel fitment, batteries, and basic automotive repair services.




- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations.
- Comfortable using POS systems and computer software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License is considered an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using automotive estimating software.
- Experience with tire sizing and wheel fitment.
- Knowledge of automotive parts suppliers.
- Experience with fleet or commercial customers is an asset.
