We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our property management company in midtown Toronto.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. This role is responsible for administering payroll, coordinating current hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting a variety of human resources functions to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with employment standards.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
The starting salary is approximately $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience.
