Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in customer service and food preparation will ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this position is perfect for you. Currently looking for person who can take at least 3 days of closing shift including weekends and weekdays.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary.




- Demonstrate robust time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food service or food industry is required
- Our store shift is the first priority
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to health regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
