Project Manager. Extensive experience in (All aspects of construction from the ground up)

Requirements:

* Hardworking, Team player and reliable

* Custom Single family home Construction experience and asset. But not a requirement

* Experienced in creating and managing budgets

* Experienced in creating and managing schedules

* Experienced in creating and coordinating scopes of work and contracts

* Experienced blueprint reading experience

* Leadership qualities

* Must be able to perform Quality work in a clean and organized manner

* Ticketed an asset but not required

* Able to coordinate staff and sub contractors

* Vehicle Required

Site Supervisor. Extensive experience in (All aspects of construction from the ground up)

Requirements:

* Hardworking,



Team player and reliable

* Custom Single family home Construction experience and asset. But not a requirement

* Ability to coordinate ( Concrete / framing and finishing ) work

* Leadership qualities

* Must be able to perform Quality work in a clean and organized manner

* Ticketed an asset but not required

* Experienced blueprint reading experience

* Able to coordinate staff and sub contractors

* Able to do scheduling and follow a project schedule

* Basic understanding of scopes of work and contracts

* Vehicle Required

Project Coordinators. Extensive experience in (Excel , Word , Spreadsheets)

Requirements:

* Hardworking, Team player and reliable

* Construction experience and asset. But not a requirement

* Creating and managing budgets

* Ordering and takeoff's

* Creating and sending out Purchase Orders, scopes of works and contracts

* Creating custom excel and word docs

* Safety management and WCB NOP (collaborate with key managers) and manage experience requirements and new training.

* Vehicle an asset but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$65.00 per hour
