Graph-X Signs & Auto Designs is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Service & Sales Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our shop, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers while keeping our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers in person and on the phone
- Manage front desk operations and respond to customer inquiries
- Process sign and accessory orders and send follow-ups as needed
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including collecting outstanding balances
- Help schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Assist with general office duties and maintain a clean, welcoming front-desk
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team when required

Qualifications

- Previous office or shop experience is an asset
- Experience with Sage and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent communication skills. Both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive, service-first attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer care
- Proactive problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent) with a clean driver’s abstract

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
