About TITAN Haptics

TITAN Haptics is a Canadian technology startup developing high-definition haptic actuators and supporting systems for consumer electronics. Our technology is used in gaming hardware, wearables, smart devices, touch interfaces, and other products where tactile feedback affects the user experience.

We work with global consumer-electronics companies, hardware startups, engineers, distributors, and manufacturing partners. We are a small team, so everyone works across functions and has direct ownership of their work.

About the role

TITAN is hiring an early-career Channel Partnerships Associate to support and grow our relationships with distributors and commercial partners.

You will research potential partners, initiate conversations, coordinate product evaluations, and own the ongoing communication and follow-up for a group of channel partners. You will also use AI tools to improve research, preparation, documentation, and routine workflows.

This is a hands-on position for someone who wants meaningful ownership early in their career. You do not need an existing industry network or years of channel-sales experience. You need to be resourceful, organized, persistent, and interested in learning how hardware partnerships work.

- Coordinate product evaluations and commercial and technical discussions
- Support partner onboarding and product education
- Maintain accurate records of partner activity, opportunities, and next steps
- Use AI tools to improve research, preparation, documentation, and reporting
- Work across sales, marketing, and engineering to support partner success
- Identify ways to improve partner communication and internal workflows

Required qualifications

- Recent graduate or up to two years of relevant professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable initiating conversations with unfamiliar people
- Organized, persistent, and consistent with follow-up
- Able to research companies, markets, and technical products independently
- Interested in hardware, consumer electronics, gaming, wearables, or emerging technology
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and discussing them with commercial partners
- Practical experience using AI tools for research, writing, analysis, or workflow improvement
- Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Eligible to work in Canada

Relevant backgrounds

We are open to candidates from business, marketing, communications, engineering, mechatronics, international business, entrepreneurship, or a related field.

A degree is useful but not required if you can demonstrate relevant ability through work, internships, projects, competitions, student organizations, or a business you helped build.

Practical but not required

- Internship, startup, small-business, or student leadership experience
- Exposure to B2B sales, partnerships, customer service, or outbound outreach
- Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, sales tools, or workflow automation
- Experience with hardware, electronics, manufacturing, or distribution

Working style

This role is likely to fit someone who:

- Takes action without waiting for detailed instructions
- Follows through consistently
- Can turn incomplete information into a reasonable next step
- Asks for help when technical or commercial input is needed
- Learns unfamiliar tools and concepts quickly
- Uses AI while checking accuracy and applying independent judgment
- Is comfortable shifting between research, outreach, meetings, documentation, and problem-solving
- Wants greater responsibility as they demonstrate results
