We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.

Requirements





- Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Knowledge of the food industry, including menu items and dietary restrictions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues in a busy setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
