About the position

Reporting to the Manager of the TFS Shop, the duties and responsibilities of this position will include the following:

- Familiarize themselves with the school uniform and policies to be able to inform parents accordingly

- Greet customers to the Shop and provide assistance with merchandise selection

- Advise customers on size and care of merchandise

- Prepare merchandise for sale / purchase

- Use proper procedures to process sales transactions using our POS system

- Assist in organization, restock and display of merchandise

- Maintain sales / merchandise organization in accordance with internal control procedures for inventory control

- Assist with receiving merchandise and inventory counts

- Will be required to lift heavy objects, climb ladders or stand for extended periods of time

- Other duties as assigned





Due to the nature of this role, the individual is expected to be flexible with their working hours.

- Demonstrate sales ability and product knowledge

- Retail or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to speak in French and/or other languages would be an important asset
