We are seeking a hardworking, client focused Recruiter Associate for our Barrie office.
Recruiter Associate task will include involvement in candidate recruitment, qualifying and interviewing (mainly via telephone) related to specific search assignments.
Skills/Qualifications:
· An individual with an interest and aptitude for telephone-based sales,
and extensive internet and database research
· Recruiting experience
· Must be willing to approach information sources via phone as well as to utilize data from a variety of sources.
· Strong oral and written presentation skills, and experience with computer software.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software applications
