Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.

Duties

- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a protected and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow blueprints and schematics to assist in building structures according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to complete construction tasks on time.
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Support construction management by utilizing construction management software for project tracking.
- Back frame, build small decks,



assist with pool installation, basic plumbing for pool installation.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics is a benefit.
- Framing, back framing, deck building and pool installation is beneficial .
- Stamina and ability to lift 50lbs.
- Knowledge of quality control measures within the construction industry.
- Ability to build structures according to specifications while adhering to safety guidelines.
- must be reliable and having your own transportation to construction sites.
