Job Summary
Ecoline Windows is hiring a proactive and organized Service Coordinator in Vaughan to manage residential window and door service cases, and customer communication. This behind-the-scenes role is key to keeping our service operations running smoothly.

Duties

- Maintain accurate service records in CRM system.
- Communicate appointment details and changes to relevant parties.
- Track service requests and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in scheduling or coordination roles.
- Proficient in using CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in residential window and door is an asset.
