Office Clerk

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay rate: $18 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, answering phone calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for payment.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and vendor files.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Respond to general inquiries from customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Perform general office duties including filing,



scanning, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Maintain organized office records and filing systems.
- Order and monitor office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating deliveries.
- Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous office or administrative experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- English required; Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset.
