At Reinvent Contracting we offer a variety of construction services, from concrete and wood framing to exterior finishes and complete builds we support builders and owners alike to complete their projects in a safe, efficient and professional manner.

We work across western Canada, with one of our main bases in Grande Prairie, AB, we are seeking to expand our team for upcoming local and traveling project locations.

We are seeking foreman and lead hands primarily experienced in leading crews in concrete formwork and wood framing on commercial, residential, multifamily and industrial projects.

Ideal canidates:

- 3+ years for foreman positions leading crews on framing and/or structural concrete formwork scopes.
- 1+ years experience for lead hand positions, leading crews on framing and/or structural concrete formwork scopes.
- Strong ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Ability and willingness to be adaptable in order to work on multiple project scopes.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various project locations throughout western Canada.




- Strong problem solving and communication skills to be able to coordinate with crews, management, clients, and other trades on site to accomplish projects in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
- Ability to lead crews of 2-10 members.
- Solid safety practices, ability to implement and maintain company and client safety policies and support in building and maintaining a strong safety culture.
- Participate in the safe use and maintenance of all company tools, equipment, crew trucks.
- Experience operating equipment, telehandler, skidsteer, compactors, etc.
- Minimum class 5 drivers licence with clean abstract.
- First aid certification.
- Any other trade and safety tickets are an asset.
- Experience with other construction scopes is an asset.
- Ability to adapt and learn new scopes as required to support successful project completion.
