Position Overview

As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a key role in ensuring every vehicle — new or pre-owned — is presented at the highest standard. From delivery preparation to lot presentation, your work directly impacts the customer experience and our dealership’s reputation.

What You’ll Do

- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles for delivery and display, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Perform paint correction, buffing, and scratch removal as needed
- Complete interior detailing including shampooing, stain removal, and conditioning of leather/vinyl surfaces
- Clean engine bays, wheels, rims, and hard-to-reach areas to dealership standards
- Apply protective treatments (fabric guard, paint protection, etc.)
- Ensure all vehicles are presentation-ready for customers and showroom display
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment




- Safely handle all cleaning chemicals and materials in accordance with safety guidelines
- Support the sales and service teams with timely turnaround of vehicles
- Perform additional duties as required

What You Bring

- 1+ years of automotive detailing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Experience with polishing, buffing, and paint correction is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (asset)
