About the Role

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, responsive scheduling and communication for our healthcare staff and clients. You’ll manage scheduling logistics, coordinate communications, and contribute to an exceptional client experience, helping people receive care where and when they need it most.

This role works in close partnership with both our clinical and operations teams and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and schedule healthcare professionals based on availability and client needs using Alayacare.




- Liaise with clients and care providers to ensure timely, clear communication.
- Maintain and update schedules, client profiles, and internal records accurately.
- Track client interactions and service delivery progress.
- Identify potential scheduling issues and problem-solve proactively.
- Foster a welcoming, responsive environment for all stakeholders.
- Support our clinical and operations teams by anticipating needs and removing barriers to great care.

What You Bring

- 2+ years of customer service or scheduling experience
- Healthcare experience is considered an asset
- High volume call centre experience is preference
- An outstanding commitment to providing excellent client centered customer service.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medical terminology is an asset.
- Computer and phone Literacy.
- Team Orientated.
- Office Administration and/or Grade 12 Diploma with related experience.

Additional Requirements

- Must be able to reliably commute to our Mississauga office (L5N 2X4).
- Must be available to work rotating 8-hour shifts starting a early as 5:00 AM and ending as late as 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday and every other weekend at minimum.
