Job Description:

- Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms according to Hilton Brand Standards.
- Report any room deficiencies to the Engineering Department.
- Interact with encountered guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Follow daily task checklist.
- Maintain linen room cleanliness and orderliness.
- Maintain guest security.
- Deliver lost and found items.

- Must be friendly and demonstrate positive behaviours.
- Hilton Brand Standards must be adhered to at all times. In addition, the essential hospitality standards must be used at all times; eye contact, smile,



speak first to guests, engage in polite conversation and use the guest surname when known.
- Must be approachable and a team player.
- A criminal background check is required.

Physical Job Requirements:

- This position is very physical and requires lifting, bending, carrying possibly heavy loads, walking and twisting.
- Ability to move sometimes heavy furniture.
- Ability to operate a vacuum cleaner.
- Standing for long periods of time.

Work Schedule:

Must be available to work Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays as required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.25 per hour
