We're looking for an experienced metal fabricator who enjoys challenging custom work and takes satisfaction in producing precision equipment with exceptional fit and finish.

Every project is different. You won't spend your days running the same parts over and over on a production line. Instead, you'll work from engineering drawings to fabricate one-of-a-kind stainless steel and aluminum equipment used by manufacturers across North America.

If you enjoy figuring things out, working with your hands, and seeing a project through from raw material to finished product, this is the kind of shop you've been looking for.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established Canadian manufacturer that designs and builds custom process equipment for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and industrial sectors.

Everything is designed and built in-house from engineering and fabrication to machining, welding, automation, testing, and final assembly. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and skilled tradespeople on equipment that requires precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a true fabrication role.

You'll be involved throughout the entire build process, including:

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Planning layouts and fabrication sequences
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and forming components
- Operating fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, rollers, punches, and saws
- TIG welding stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys
- Grinding, blending, and polishing welds to achieve a high-quality cosmetic finish
- Assembling complete custom machines and processing equipment
- Inspecting your own work to ensure accuracy and quality




- Occasionally assisting with equipment installation and commissioning

This is a role for someone who enjoys building complete pieces of equipment—not simply welding parts together.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced fabricators who have worked in custom manufacturing environments such as:

- Food or beverage equipment
- Pharmaceutical equipment
- Brewery equipment
- Custom machinery
- Marine fabrication
- Architectural metalwork
- High-end stainless steel fabrication
- Other custom fabrication environments

You'll likely bring:

- Experience fabricating stainless steel and aluminum
- Strong TIG welding skills
- The ability to read and work independently from engineering drawings
- Experience using fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, rollers, punches, and saws
- Pride in producing clean, accurate work with excellent fit and finish
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
