We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator, the ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of product distribution, logistics, and the specific requirements in the fashion industry!

Responsibilities:

- Assist members in production and distribution & sales teams
- Ensure the timely handling of urgent orders and work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the flow of goods, ensuring efficient coordination between suppliers, distribution centers, and customers.
- Utilize EDI systems for processing orders, tracking shipments, and invoicing.
- Oversee supplier invoices and communicate regularly with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Manage case packs, size runs, UPC labels, and ensure compliance with customer-specific labeling requirements.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills In English and French
- 3+ years of experience in production and distribution in the fashion industry
- Be able to work in rapid paced environment
- Solid understanding of EDI systems, product flow
