We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Labourer / Driver to join our team.

Position Summary

The Labourer / Driver plays a key role in supporting our shop operations by performing general labour duties, assisting technicians, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and safely transporting valves, materials, and equipment to and from customer locations and suppliers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver valves, parts, and materials to customers, vendors, and suppliers using company vehicles.
- Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials for safe transportation.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory.
- Support valve technicians with general shop duties and material handling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes (training provided if required).
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with packaging completed orders for shipment.
- Perform basic warehouse and yard maintenance.
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical workplace is an asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset (training available).
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are considered an asset.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing physical work throughout the day.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial shop environment and outdoors when required.

Pay: $16.26-$20.00 per hour
