Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our winning team. The Front Desk Coordinator should be tech-savvy to deliver an exceptional patient experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

We are heavily reliant on modern office systems, so the ability to navigate computers, digital scheduling, and various portals efficiently is important.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Management: Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming environment. Assist patients with completing medical forms. Manage check-in/out, and handle phones, emails, and faxes. Schedule patient appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate patient accounts and records.
- Advanced Administration: Use MaxiDent and office software to manage patient files, input clinical notes, and coordinate treatment schedules.




- Billing & Insurance: Submit electronic insurance claims, process payments, and prepare treatment estimates. Efficiently handle financing documents.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Tech-Savvy & Computer Skills: Computer proficiency. Comfortable recording data in various CRM portals like Pipedrive. Experience with Maxident is an asset.
- Language: Bilingual (French and English)
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a dental administrative role.
