Responsibilities

- Equipment maintenance and shop upkeep
- Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Prepare and serve outstanding quality coffee and tea drinks, while building and maintaining an enjoyable rapport with customers
- Warming and wrapping up/bagging sandwiches and pastries for customers
- Understanding and explaining all the menu offerings in an approachable manner
- Handling customer transactions
- Observe relevant health and safety standards

Qualifications





- Coffee Background (Third wave coffee/semi-automatic espresso machine experience and latte art is a bonus!)
- Proficient in milk steaming techniques
- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility
