Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Accountant with proven experience in Epicor Content Management System (CMS) to join our dynamic finance team. Duties

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations using Epicor CMS and other accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and AccountEdge.
- Perform detailed account analysis and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data across multiple systems.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while maintaining precise records.
- Conduct regular auditing procedures to verify financial integrity and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Support budgeting processes by preparing financial reports, analyzing variances, and assisting with financial forecasting.
- Maintain comprehensive bookkeeping records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and compliant with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial services projects,



providing expert insights into corporate finance operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role with expertise in Epicor CMS or comparable ERP systems.
- Minimum 5 years of Accounting Experience
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and auditing procedures.
- Familiarity with payroll management and budgeting activities within a corporate finance setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
