Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate records and support our accounting team with administrative and financial duties.

Responsibilities

- Enter invoices, receipts, and financial transactions into QuickBooks.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain organized accounting files and records.
- Assist with data entry and general accounting tasks.
- Support month-end closing procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

Skills

- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience is an asset)




- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
