About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who is fluently bilingual in both English and French (spoken and written). The ideal candidate is creative, outgoing, tech-savvy, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in finding the perfect gifts and home décor accessories
- Provide personalized recommendations and outstanding customer service
- Merchandise and restock shelves
- Create attractive window and in-store displays
- Price and organize incoming merchandise
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Organize and maintain the stockroom
- Take product photos and create engaging social media content
- Support daily store operations as needed
Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative with an eye for design and presentation
- Comfortable using technology and social media platforms
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Availability
Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week during store operating hours.
