We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Meet with customers to introduce and promote our services and products.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about truck trailer parts and services.
- Process payments accurately through cashiering duties.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience

- Driving License is must.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills in cashiering and handling financial transactions are preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or experience in technical sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.

Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour
