Coast Utility Contracting Ltd has more than 30 years of experience in excavation and civil construction. We are a locally owned and operated business providing utility construction services across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.

We are excited to announce that we are hiring a full time, permanent Labourer to commence work on current and upcoming projects in the Greater Victoria area. Coast is looking for an experienced, highly dependable Labourer who will be responsible for:

- Setting up, organizing, and maintaining the job site,
- Assisting with excavation and compaction,
- Leveling earth and groundworks,
- Operating specialty tools and equipment, and
- Following safe work practices, company policies, and direction of supervisors.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum one year experience in construction,
- High school diploma,
- Valid driver’s license,
- Traffic control certification an asset,




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce work of high-quality and accuracy,
- Unwavering commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct, and
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
