Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and Delivery Driver, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. This energetic position combines hands-on experience responsible for food preparation, customer service and maintaining cleanliness in a fast paced environment. This hybrid role revolves multi-tasking the front counter and kitchen to ensure orders are delivered quickly and accurately and prompt safe delivery of food orders.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

- Customer Service:Greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately Via Point of Sale(POS)systems and answering menu queries
- Food Preparation:Operating Deep fryers and assembling food orders properly according to standard operating procedures
- Order Fulfillment - Packaging walk-in orders ,Pick up orders and delivery orders accurately
- Financial Transactions- Processing Cash, Credit/Debit and delivery orders accurately
- Sanitation and Cleanliness :Sanitizing work stations , Sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash bins
- Inventory Management- Restocking of all products during(Back of the house and front of the House )

Essential Skills and Qualifications for the role





- Ability to perform heavy lifting(50lbs)and standing for long period of times while maintaining safety standards
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during walk-in and delivery orders
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members and customers
- Previous work in the restaurant industry(QSR) is a plus
- Valid Drivers license and a having your own vehicle is a plus as we are looking for a delivery drivers
- Food Handlers Certificate or the ability to obtain one

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
