We are opening our doors for that special someone to come be a part of our team at Boomerang. You will be a Registered Clinical Counsellor, past or current career working woth children/youth/families and are a dedicated, passionate, and caring professional.

You are someone who loves the work, but not the administration. Someone who wants to work in a beautiful, inviting, calm environment with a wonderful team, without having to worry about marketing, billing, insurers, administration....

This position includes counselling adults and children, possibly families and parents. You will need to have lived experience of neurodivergence, personal or family. Comfort with children, parents, and neurodivergence is a must.

Boomerang Counselling Centre is located in Moodyville, N. Vancouver. The clinic centres on healing and growth through an interpersonal, developmental, and neurobiological lens. Relationships are at the core of human development and suffering. Hence, we focus on improving and advancing relationships with ourselves and others.

We are a multidisciplinary team that includes services for individuals, families and children. We are looking for a mature individual with lived experience to join our team in providing excellent care and service to our clientele in North Vancouver and surrounding communities.

The work can be a hybrid of in-person and virtual, though the majority of clients are in-person. We currently have space on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications

● You must be an RCC

● Biopsychosocial, mind/body and somatic modalities are assets

● Couples or relationship work are assets

- Master's Degree (required)

Licence/Certification:
