We are currently preparing for the upcoming winter season 2026/27. This position will not start until the beginning of the winter season.

Lamer Landscaping & Snowplowing Ltd. is seeking an experienced and reliable Snowplow Driver for the winter season.

Requirements:

- Extensive, proven experience in the snow removal industry
- Experience plowing residential driveways and commercial properties
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Must be available at all times, including overnight, weekends, and during storm events
- Ability to work long hours during heavy snowfall
- Some shoveling required (walkways, entrances, tight areas)
- Strong attention to detail and safety

Responsibilities:





- Snow plowing of assigned residential and commercial properties
- Clearing entrances, access points, and designated areas
- Performing light shoveling as required
- Reporting issues, damages, or concerns promptly
- Maintaining professional conduct with clients and the public

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
