What You'll Be Doing

You'll be one of the first people our members see when they walk through the door, helping create an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting members and guests with a friendly attitude
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Booking consultations and appointments
- Assisting with client scheduling
- Processing payments and retail purchases
- Preparing protein shakes and assisting with supplement sales
- Keeping the front desk organized and welcoming
- Light cleaning and helping maintain a clean, professional studio
- Supporting our coaching team with various administrative tasks

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Friendly and outgoing
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software




- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable talking with people and providing excellent customer service
- Interested in health, fitness, or wellness (an asset but not required)
- Able to work independently while also being part of a team

Schedule

Regular Hours

- Monday to Thurs 4pm to 8pm with Friday 4pm to 8pm starting in September.

Training

Training is expected to begin immediately, depending on the successful candidate's availability.
