We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about sales, customer service, team development, and health and fitness.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, maintain strong operational standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Drive sales and help the store achieve key performance indicators.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product education.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Support scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and cycle counts.
- Open and close the store as required.
- Help maintain a positive, energetic, professional, and accountable team culture.
- Take responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is unavailable.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum two years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and support a team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales-driven with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Interest in health, fitness, nutrition, or supplements is a strong asset.
- Dependable, accountable,



and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Compensation and Benefits

- Starting salary of $47,000 per year.
- Opportunity for salary increases based on performance and successful completion of the three-month probationary period.
