About Intelligent Health Group

Intelligent Health Group (I-H-G) is an established multidisciplinary health organization with five locations across Southern Ontario. Founded by Dr. Vikas Puri and Dr. Gina Bajaj, our mission is to help patients move from Illness through Healing to Greater wellbeing using our proven I-H-G Signature System™.

Our integrated team combines chiropractic care, physiotherapy, spinal and knee decompression, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and other advanced techniques to help patients overcome chronic pain, restore function, and get back to the activities they love—without drugs or surgery.

Our Mississauga clinic (head office) is growing, and we’re seeking a motivated Registered Kinesiologist who thrives in a collaborative workplace and is passionate about helping people heal naturally.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chiropractors and physiotherapists with therapeutic modalities, including laser therapy, spinal decompression, and shockwave therapy.

- Develop and implement customized exercise and rehabilitation programs aligned with treatment plans.

- Supervise patients during exercises and stretching routines, ensuring correct technique and safety.

- Conduct posture and gait analyses and assist with patient assessments as needed.

- Measure and educate patients on the proper use of orthotics, braces, and assistive devices.

- Oversee strengthening programs and document progress to support treatment outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with the integrated care team to ensure consistent patient results.





- Educate patients on posture correction, mobility, and home exercise routines.

Qualifications

- Must be a Registered Kinesiologist in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.

- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, functional movement, and rehabilitation practices.

- Great communication skills with a positive, patient-centered approach.

- Confident working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary clinical setting.

- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for helping patients regain strength, movement, and confidence.
