About the Position

Foothills Crossing Dental Centre is a brand‑new, modern dental practice opening in August, and we are looking for an experienced, adaptable Dental Assistant to join our team. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable in a growing environment, and can confidently support both clinical and reception duties as the office builds its patient base.

You’ll play a key role in helping establish smooth operations from day one, contributing to both excellent patient care and the welcoming, professional atmosphere of our new clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical chairside assistance including room setup, sterilization, and supporting the dentist during procedures
- Reception duties when patient flow is low (answering calls, booking appointments, greeting patients)
- ClearDent software proficiency strongly preferred for charting, scheduling, and billing
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Supporting daily workflow as the office grows
- Providing friendly, professional communication with patients and team members

Required Qualifications

- Experienced Dental Assistant with strong clinical skills




- Dental Assisting certification level 2
- ClearDent experience is a major asset
- Ability to multitask between clinical and administrative responsibilities
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude

Work Schedule

Minimum 4 days per week, with full‑time availability preferred.
Office hours (subject to change):

- Monday: 9:00–17:00
- Tuesday: 11:00–19:00
- Wednesday: 9:00–17:00
- Thursday: 11:00–19:00
- Friday: 8:00–16:00
