Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stone Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working with natural and engineered stone materials to create high-quality countertops, surfaces, and architectural elements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical knowledge, and experience operating various tools and heavy equipment. Duties

- Measure, cut, shape, and polish stone materials according to project specifications using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble stone components for installation or further processing
- Perform welding or fabrication tasks as needed to join or reinforce stone pieces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring all specifications are met




- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials using heavy equipment
- Follow safety protocols during all stages of fabrication and handling of materials

Qualifications

- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environments is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in machining, assembly, welding, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction processes related to stone fabrication or similar trades
- Ability to read measurements accurately and work with precision
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and material handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds), stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
