Ward Tirecraft is hiring three Medium Truck Tire Technicians. The position will initially focus on tire work at our shop pad, with the opportunity to move into a service-truck role after approximately six months.

Compensation

- Up to $27 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, year-round employment
- Opportunity to progress into mobile service-truck work

Responsibilities

- Install, remove, repair and service medium-truck tires
- Perform tire rotations, balancing and flat repairs
- Inspect tires, wheels and related components
- Complete commercial tire work safely and efficiently on the shop pad
- Maintain tools, equipment and a clean work area
- Follow all company and workplace safety procedures
- Transition into roadside and customer-site service work after approximately six months,



based on performance and readiness

Qualifications

- Previous commercial or medium-truck tire experience is required
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Willing to operate a service truck after the initial training period
