Job Summary

Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
- Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting food preparation and service operations
- Organize and store clean items properly to facilitate quick access for kitchen staff
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours




- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards
- Support overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and maintaining sanitation protocols

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous
- Experience in kitchen operations or hotel hospitality settings is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in daily tasks
